My dear Ashcan students (& faculty),
It is easy to get stressed out during this extremely busy time of college application deadlines. While, yes, it is very important to stay on the ball and get everything you need to completed, your mind and spirit must unwind and destress for you to really be at your best.
So don't forget to take some time here and there to destress. Here is a list of surprising ways to quickly alleviate some of that pressure and stress I know most of you are feeling right now: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/06/28/mindfulness-tips_n_885775.html
Good luck with all of your applications!
